Welcome to Noctua Aesthetics. By accessing this website or booking a service through Vagaro, you agree to the following terms. Please read carefully.

1. Appointments & Cancellations

Appointments can be scheduled through Vagaro.
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
No-shows and late cancellations may incur a fee per our cancellation policy.

2. Payments & Refunds

Payment is due at the time of service. We accept major credit/debit cards and cash.
No refunds for completed services. If you're dissatisfied, contact us so we can address your concerns.
For product returns, please refer to our Product Refund Policy.

3. Client Responsibility

Clients must provide accurate health and skincare information prior to treatment.
Some treatments may not be suitable for individuals using specific medications (e.g., tretinoin) or with certain conditions.
Results vary by individual. We do not guarantee specific results from any service or product.

4. Intellectual Property

All website content (text, graphics, images, logos) is the property of Noctua Aesthetics and may not be copied, used, or distributed without written permission.

5. Website Use

You agree not to use this website or its content for unlawful purposes, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with its functionality.

6. Limitation of Liability

Use of this site, services, or products is at your own discretion and risk. Noctua Aesthetics is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Appointment Etiquette & Policies

Timing & Courtesy

Appointments are reserved with enough time for you to arrive, complete any paperwork, and begin treatment stress-free. Please be punctual.

Cancellation Policy

We understand things happen! However, our time is valuable. The following fees apply:

24+ hours notice: No fee
Less than 24 hours: $100 cancellation fee
No-call/no-show: $100 no-show fee

By confirming your appointment, you agree to these terms.

Late Arrivals

Under 15 minutes late: Service will be shortened, but charged in full.
15+ minutes late: Appointment will be considered a late cancellation and charged accordingly.

Payment Policy

We accept all major credit cards and cash. Payment is due immediately following your service.

Cell Phone Policy

Please silence your phone during your visit so you can enjoy the full relaxation experience.

Child Policy

To maintain a peaceful environment, please arrange childcare prior to your visit.

Minor Treatment Policy

Clients under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian throughout the entire appointment.
All forms and consents must be signed by a parent or guardian.

It is the client’s responsibility to review all policies, pre-care/aftercare instructions, contraindications, disclaimers, and appointment reminders provided.
