Refund Policy

 

Noctua Aesthetics will gladly offer a refund or exchange if the product has not been opened, used, or damaged.

• All return or exchange requests must be submitted within 72 hours of receiving your products.

• Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase, in original condition, with original packaging and a valid receipt.

• Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Please Note:
We do not accept returns on opened, unsealed, or used products — unless you're experiencing an allergic reaction (see section below).
If the item originally qualified for free shipping, we reserve the right to deduct shipping costs from your refund or exchange credit.

Allergic Reactions

 

We understand that sometimes your skin may react unexpectedly. If you believe you're experiencing an allergic reaction:

• Contact us within 48 hours of use.

• Refunds or credits will apply only to the individual product that caused the reaction.

• We may request photos of the reaction and/or a doctor’s note to verify the issue.

• All returned items related to a reaction are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
